Madison Alexis Dubiski
1998-2021
The movement began with a single pink bow to honor Madison and others lost at the Astroworld Festival in 2021. Soon, pink bows began appearing at homes, shopping centers, schools, and landmarks across the U.S. and around the world—each one a pledge to remember, to demand change, and to build a future where no one has to endure such a devastating loss. What started as a tribute has become a movement, one that resonates deeply with those who have experienced loss and those who recognize that making large-scale events safer can mean the difference between life and death.
Today, we have grown in both our numbers and impact by raising awareness about crowd safety, providing accredited crowd management courses and certification to event organizers and trainers, and organizing the Pink Bows Safe Spaces that prioritize mental health and wellbeing. Through our training, which equips event professionals with a proven and robust, Showstop® Procedure to significantly reduce incident response time, as well as through Safe Spaces at events, scholarships, and community-driven initiatives, we are creating Madison’s legacy.
The Foundation’s mission is rooted in both remembrance and action. We are inspired by those we’ve helped and are motivated by the progress we’ve made. The Foundation is organizing a series of Showstop® Procedure trainings globally, looking for partners in event organizers and managers, and we are always looking for organizations, artists and performers to help us spread awareness. Every collaboration, every training session, and every shared story brings us closer to a world where no one has to fear for their safety at a concert, festival, or public event.
That’s why we’ve created Safe Spaces—designated areas at outdoor and indoor events where attendees can, simply, feel safe.
These spaces are designed to offer a quiet, calming environment for attendees to access emotional and mental health support and feel safe. We believe Safe Spaces are essential hubs that provide a sense of comfort and security for those who may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or uneasy during an event.
Our Safe Spaces are staffed by trained Mental Health Advocates and a group of volunteers who provide a calming and supportive interaction.
Safe Spaces offer a peaceful and temperature controlled setting with comfortable seating, soft lighting and calming atmosphere.

“Though Madison tragically lost her life at the Travis Scott concert, her presence was deeply felt at The Pink Shutter House. She had a beautiful way of leaving littles notes everywhere-reminders of love, gratitude, and purpose. After she passed, her family found one that read: “For those that do well must also do good. Always give back.” … Her impact will never be forgotten. As Madison so beautifully believed: Words we should all strive to live by.”
“The Pink Bows Foundation holds a truly special place in our hearts. Their dedication to making live events safer is not just admirable—it’s deeply personal and incredibly meaningful. Honoring Madison’s legacy through action, they have turned unimaginable loss into a powerful force for good with a mission to prevent another tragedy, reduce risks, and promote a positive safety culture in the event industry.
From the very beginning, they have stood by us, offering unwavering support, and their commitment to crowd safety has made an immeasurable impact. We are beyond grateful for their belief in Crowd Cushion and the work they do every day to protect lives. Their strength, resilience, and generosity inspire us, and we will always stand with them in their mission. Madison’s memory lives on through their efforts, and we are honored to support them in making a lasting difference.”
