Birdies for Charity, presented by Halliburton is a fundraising program designed to give local charities the opportunity to generate contributions through the Texas Children'sHouston Open. 100% of all donations to the program will directly benefit the participating charities donors choose to support. The Texas Children's Houston Open will also award the top fifteen donation-collecting charities $100,000 and four randomly drawn charities will have an opportunity to participate with a booth at the tournament.

Individual donors can guess the number of birdies that will be made by PGA TOUR Pros during the Texas Children’s Houston Open for a chance to win one grand prize for the person who guesses the correct number. In the event of ties, winners will be randomly selected. One lucky supporter of the Texas Children’s Houston Open Birdies for Charity program will win an Astros *Suite Night at Minute Maid Park. Individuals are entered into the contest when they donate to one of the local charities registered for the TexasChildren’s Houston Open Birdies for Charity program. Donors can make a one-time flat rate donation at a minimum of $20.

"Pink Bows Foundation is honored to be one of the charities selected again as a beneficiary of Birdies for Charities. The campaign is a fun way for the Houston community to get involved with the Houston Open while supporting local charities with a chance to win a suite at an Astros game. We hope to ace the competition this year to support our mission of stronger safety protocols and save lives at entertainment venues," said Peter Remington, Board President of Pink Bows Foundation.

In 2023, Pink Bows Foundation placed 6th in the overall fundraising campaign thatincluded more than 80 Houston nonprofits raising more than $50,000.
