Pink Bows Foundation Hires JHJ Collective and Appoints Jill Hawkins Johnson as Acting Executive Director to Spearhead Strategic Growth Initiatives Globally

Jill brings extensive experience in non-profit management, fundraising, development and marketing that will take the Foundation to its next stage of growth.

Pink Bows Foundation (“Foundation” or “Pink Bows”) announced today that it has hired JHJ Collective (“company”), a consultancy specializing in strategic growth initiatives in the non-profit sector and empowering organizations to reach their full potential. The Foundation appointed Jill Johnson as its Acting Executive Director to oversee strategic development, marketing, partnership strategies and fundraising initiatives globally.

“The Foundation has reached a pivotal moment, with tremendous global demand for the Showstop® Procedure training and certification. Since our first course in March, more than 300 professionals across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and soon Saudi Arabia have been trained—and with seven new cities just added, momentum is only growing. To build on this success, we needed someone with the vision, expertise, and partnerships to help us drive lasting change in Madison’s memory. We found that leader in Jill, and we are thrilled to begin this next chapter together,” said Stephanie Stegall, President of the Pink Bows Foundation.

“After spending some time over the years with the Dubiski family members and watching them fight through this tragedy, I was honored when they requested that I support and lead their mission to make a positive and long lasting change. JHJ Collective was founded on the belief that soul-driven strategies align business with impact, and this could not be truer for Pink bows Foundation. I look forward to working with the Foundation’s team, partners, supporters, and the wider community to grow their vision globally,” said Jill Johnson, Acting Executive Director at Pink Bows and JHJ Collective Founder.

Jill has worked with the Boys & Girls Clubs on a local and national level where she managed partnership engagements and business development that raised funds and awareness for the organization, in addition to working closely with corporate partners, donors, volunteers and Board of Directors. Jill was recruited to help build and launch The Journey Venture Studio. As Director of Development she worked to close the healthcare innovation gap by empowering entrepreneurs with resources and capital to help them succeed.
