    Stephanie Stegall is a seasoned leader in live events, entertainment, and sports, with over 20 years of experience producing some of the world’s most complex productions. As President of the Pink Bows Foundation, she champions crowd safety through the Showstop® Procedure, honoring the memory of Madison Dubiski. Previously, as VP of Event Sales and Operations for the Houston Astros, Stephanie directed concerts for artists including Taylor Swift, the Eagles, and Billy Joel. Today, she also leads Confetto Productions and Confetto Artist Management.

    Michelle Dubiski, proud mother of Madison and Ty Dubiski, is Co-Founder of Pink Bows Foundation. She earned her degree from Texas Tech University and a Master’s in Psychology/Social Work from the University of Texas. Michelle began her career as an LMSW before excelling in oil and gas sales leadership for more than 30 years. With over 2,000 philanthropic hours, she has led organizations, coordinated events, raised vital funds, and now honors Madison’s precious legacy by transforming tragedy into purpose and lasting impact.

    Founder & Board Treasurer

    Brian Dubiski is an entrepreneur and marketing leader with expertise in sports, entertainment, and media. He acquired Desert Valley Media Group, a Phoenix-based radio and digital firm, and has worked with brands including Toyota, Keller Williams, NFL UK, and Formula One. As Partner and VP of Business Development at Rhino Marketing, he drives global growth and strategic partnerships. A former Texas Tech football player with a BS in Economics, Brian co-founded the Pink Bows Foundation, supporting crowd safety and innovation, and remains active in community leadership.

    Founder & Advisory Board

    Ty graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He has worked with major organizations including the Houston Rockets, Audacy, and currently the Union Jack Classic. Ty co-founded the Pink Bows Foundation to honor his sister Madison, turning a personal loss into meaningful action. He is dedicated to making events safer, driven by the belief that no one should have to worry about their safety—or getting home—when attending an event.

    Rebecca Dubiski is the Owner and President of Landscape Art, Inc., a commercial landscape construction company. She is passionate about creating meaningful outdoor spaces and supporting community initiatives that make a difference. Rebecca brings her dedication to excellence and service to the Pink Bows Foundation Board, helping advance its mission to strengthen safety protocols for public events and honor lives impacted by tragedy.

    Jill Hawkins Johnson is a passionate leader with deep roots in nonprofit innovation. She’s worked with Boys & Girls Clubs, Journey Venture Studio and founded JHJ Collective helping organizations grow with impact. As Acting Executive Director of the Pink Bows Foundation, Jill brings her heart and vision to honor Madison Dubiski’s legacy. With over 25 years of leadership experience across nonprofit, media, and coaching, she has collaborated with organizations such as the NFL, NBA, NASCAR, Nike, Morgan Stanley, and Amazon.

Kyrah also manages all social media for the Foundation, using digital platforms to amplify its message, share resources, and engage the community. Her work reflects compassion, commitment, and a drive to create lasting change in the live events industry.
